Screen Time Reset is built by Calm Family Printables, a small shop run by a mom of two who started making calming printables for her own autistic son before sharing them with anyone else.
Why This Site Exists
Every parent I know is fighting the screen battle. Not because we don't love our kids, and not because we're bad parents. Because the products our kids use are deliberately engineered to be hard to put down, and the standard advice ("just set limits!") doesn't account for the actual engineering.
This site is the resource I wanted. Specific by age. Specific by problem. No judgment for parents who use screens. No pretending the problem isn't real either.
